It sometimes feels like nothing turns out the way we expect. Work is no fun, relationship is a struggle and our body feels like a foreigner invading our space.
Even when we know change is the solution, it can be tricky – even scary – knowing how to move forward or even what change would look like.
Where do you even start?
Actually, it’s quite simple… just change ONE thing.
That’s right, changing one thing, even one tiny thing, can alter your world. It can shift your attitude, connect you with your natural inner beauty and bring awareness to opportunities that already surround you.
Simple changes you can make today…
- Keep a journal
- Treat yourself to a massage
- Take a new route to work
- Try a new type of exercise
- Tune into a different radio station
- Give that new restaurant you fancy a go
Changing one thought is also a great place to begin.
For example, if you want to feel happy, but everything seems *blah* in your life, find 3 things you’re genuinely grateful for. This will tell the universe you want MORE things that make you feel good.
Money is a big one that often gets people down. If more money is your goal, but you feel burdened with mounting debt, imagine yourself playfully sitting in a bathtub full of cash.
Changing your energy will start the flow of change!
It’s like a ship at sea. If it changes course even one degree, 100 miles later it’s in completely new waters.
The most profound shifts are the ones you make on the inside.
Looking within and recognising your inner beauty (even if you don’t see it at first), is the quickest path to manifesting a life you love.
Take frustration, for example, it can easily be flipped into gratitude. You can also transform anger into a silly song that quickly melts those heavy feelings away. Each of these practices will connect you to your inner beauty, helping you to feel good and radiate good vibes into the world 🙂
And the best part is… change is an experiment. If you don’t like the one thing you’ve changed, you can always revert back to your previous ways. Or you could change one more thing and see how that feels.
