“Cleanse, Tone & Moisturise twice a day.”
I’m sure you’ve heard beauty experts say this time and time again. But, why is it important and how does it affect your makeup?
One thing I learned working on film sets is that makeup doesn’t stay on well if your face isn’t cleansed, toned & moisturised. Either it slides off or gets sucked in, eventually disappearing. Both scenarios can leave you looking older and more tired (scary, I know 😮).
As I often tell my celebrity clients:
Cleansing, toning & moisturising can remedy this frustrating problem by adding all-important hydration to your skin. This easy process stops parched skin cells from drinking up makeup. And it helps makeup stay in place, which enhances your features and allows you to look more youthful.

My friends… please remember that when you set the intention to feel good, it’s up to you to tap into this vibe by consciously choosing thoughts that make You feel good. After all, the Laws of Attraction and Manifestation respond to our FEELINGS.
Bonus Practical Tips
Cleansing: Use a face cloth or wiper pad when cleansing, as sticking your face directly under the shower can enhance broken capillaries (little red veins on your face).
Toning: I prefer to spritz my toner where possible. Look for one that has no alcohol, as your skin will be happier this way.
Moisturising: Only use an SPF Moisturisier during the day. Using it at night will only cause the SPF to sink into your skin at a time when it’s not needed, inhibiting your skin’s ability to nourish, repair and look fresh when you wake in the morning. Night Creams can be a good choice for this reason.
